Management:

Locitech Production is led by Flemming Olsen. It is extremely important for Rustfri DK that Flemming Olsen, who via his great knowledge of the factory and Latvian conditions, is the head of the factory. Flemming Olsen`s involvement in the company is invaluable for ensuring the quality and delivery. Flemming Olsen is part-owner of the company.

Locitech will, to the extent appropriate, be supported from Rustfri DK. It be both technical, managerial and financial. Rustfri DK exerts its influence through board work.

Flemming Olsen is trained machinist from Guldbjerg Maskinfabrik. He has undertaken further training to be a toolmaker, like Flemming Olsen has attended several management courses. Flemming Olsen has through several years been residing in Latvia and has earlier been head of production and the assembly department in Latvia

Employees:

The number of employees is approx. 40 persons. Employees will be expanded further as needed. Employee relations as canteen and bathrooms are newly renovated, and employee care are highly weighted.
